We hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay at FZ D’Studio.


To keep the space pleasant for you, our neighbours and future guests, we kindly ask you to observe these simple house rules.

  • 🕌 Muslim Guests Only: This unit is exclusively available for Muslim guests.
    🚭 No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit.
  • 👥 Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are permitted to stay.
  • 🔇 Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
  • 🎉 No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted.
  • 🧹 Keep It Clean: Please keep the unit clean and dispose of rubbish properly.
  • 🍳 Light Cooking: Clean up after cooking and switch off all appliances after use.
  • 🛋️ Furniture & Equipment: Please do not move or remove furniture and equipment.
  • 🔑 Smart Lock: Ensure the door is properly locked when leaving the unit.
  • 🏊 Shared Facilities: Follow management rules and operating hours for the pool and gym.
  • 🐾 No Pets: Pets are not permitted inside the unit.
  • ⚠️ Damages: Guests may be responsible for any damage or loss during their stay.
  • 🚪 Check-out: Please check out by the designated time and take all belongings.
  • ❤️ Be a Good Neighbour: Please respect the comfort, privacy and property of our neighbours.

    Guests may be charged for repair or replacement if any provided item is damaged due to misuse or negligence.
